You’ll see that the kind of people who thrive with us tend to be a certain type: down to earth, outdoorsy, adored by little kids and dogs. And of course, hard-working, smart, and responsible. So, spend some time with our site. Can you see yourself doing this? Yeah? Then we’d love to meet you. Set up a call, and we can answer any questions you have and get to know you a bit better. If it feels like a good potential fit, we’ll send you a copy of our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) to review and invite you to our discovery webinar.

Discovery Process

This is where we’ll go over everything you need to know about franchising with ohDEER. And this isn’t a prerecorded “seminar.” We are there in the webinar to answer your specific questions and help you get to know what we’re all about. We take who we bring onto our team seriously. Because we think that’s how it should be: this is a big deal.

Validation

We want you to be happy and feel good about moving forward. That’s what this step is all about: giving you the chance to connect with ohDEER franchisees so you can get their take. What do they love? Wish they knew? Ask away, and they will do their best to give you thoughtful, honest answers.

Discovery Day

After the validation process, you will be invited to one of our discovery days to meet the leadership team in person and see the ohDEER system in action.

What does a discovery day look like for ohDEER? toggle answer box

Discovery Day allows prospective owners to get a better feel for the ohDEER work environment, as well as an opportunity to meet members of the team and ask questions either virtually or in person.

How long does it take to become operational after signing the franchise agreement? toggle answer box

Once you have signed the Franchise Agreement we will schedule your training and onboarding sessions. Absent any personal needs to delay the start of training, or delays in acquiring the required equipment, you can be operational in 4-8 weeks.

How long does initial training take? toggle answer box

Our four week-long initial training program will teach you everything you need to know about how to run your ohDEER franchise. You’ll learn sales, marketing, production, administrative tasks and much more through hands-on experiences both in the classroom and in the field.

Can I operate this business from my home? toggle answer box

When you begin you can operate this business from your home. After you have multiple trucks you will likely want to move to a shop.
